Designed by the architect Libo, it was built between 470 and 456. The temple is in the \b \cf4 \ATXht1107 Doric style\b0 \cf0 \ATXht0  and surrounded by a colonnade. It was constructed out of poor-quality local stone and for this reason was embellished with \b \cf1 \ATXht19 stuccoes\b0 \cf0 \ATXht0  in bright colors, so that the blues and reds of the
